Romano Restaurant is a local trattoria in the neighborhood of Brandon, Florida that has been proudly serving Mediterranean flavors as well as delicious Italian and Greek dishes to customers for more than 40 years, where You as our valued guest can actually taste the difference of a true hometown favorite.
Originally established in 1977 by the head chef and owner Kosta Vretas and eventually ran by George Manasakis, Romano is currently a Family-Owned Restaurant ambitiously driven by talent, aspirations and inventiveness of the young chef-proprietor Maksym Kulik – Le Cordon Bleu graduate with considerable experience in popular high-end restaurants and hotel chains in London, Kyiv and Tampa – who altogether have been personally making sure to keep old culinary traditions and most importantly to continue its revival while giving the restaurant new life for generations to come.
By all means, we would always do our best to offer a flavorful and delicious food using modern European techniques along with friendly and communicative service to all our customers on a daily basis.
